Support for Little Sprout: Rain & Rest, a gentle puzzle and listening app.

Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and a brief description of what happened. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or tax information.

The iPhone app is being prepared for release. Purchases and rewarded ads are not available in the web playtest.

Sound and sleep timer

In Just listen, open the small settings button at the top right to choose rain and piano, gentle rain, or ocean sounds. You can adjust volume, pause sound, set a sleep timer, or choose a black screen. Use Home to return to the home screen.

The sleep timer gently fades sound during its final minute. Check both the app volume and your device’s media volume if you cannot hear anything. On the web, playback may require a first tap, and background playback depends on your browser. Force-quitting the iPhone app stops playback.

Puzzles and hints

Turn paths to guide water to the plants. Undo and Restart let you try another approach without a penalty. The flower beside those controls opens hints.

The iPhone app starts with three hints. Previously revealed hints on the same puzzle can be viewed again for free. When your balance reaches zero, an optional rewarded ad can give you two more hints. No reward is added if the ad fails or closes before the reward is earned. Sound pauses during an ad.

One-month unlimited hints

The optional iPhone pass gives unlimited puzzle hints for one calendar month from purchase. It is a single payment and does not renew automatically. Apple shows the current price before you confirm. Your remaining finite hints are preserved while the pass is active.

Open the puzzle hints panel and choose Restore purchases using the same Apple Account to restore an active pass. Restoration keeps the original expiry date. For Apple billing or refunds, visit Apple’s purchase support.

Listening stays free of ads and purchase prompts. You can continue solving puzzles without making a purchase.

Progress and privacy

Progress is stored on your device and does not automatically transfer from the web playtest or another device. Deleting browser data can remove web progress. In the iPhone app, the hint wallet is stored in Keychain and may remain after uninstalling.
